Lobley Hill Library Service is based within in Lobley Hill Community Centre. The library has books, newspapers, and public PCs with access to Internet, emails and Microsoft Office for a small annual fee

Tuesday 9.00am - 3.00pm
Thursday 9.00am - 3.00pm
The Mobile Library also visits Lobley Hill on alternate Mondays and Thursdays.
Mondays: Pinewood Gardens from 2.10pm - 2.55pm
Thursdays: Lobley Hill Community Centre from 5.30pm - 6.00pm
Rothbury Gardens from 6.05pm - 6.35pm.
