The iSee Gateshead team will be holding regular open evenings at Central Library to allow people to see the photograph collection before it is available online. The collection includes many photographs of local people at work and play over the past century. This month there will be an opportunity to see some of the hundreds of photographs of local people which include: schools pictures, photographs of those serving in the forces, pictures of the fire, police and ambulance services and photographs of local guide, scout and boys brigade groups.
You might even spot yourself amongst the pictures!
