Like spending other people’s money? Fancy yourself as an event planner? See your future in marketing? Want to make a real difference to your community?

Good!

We’re looking for a dynamic group of young people aged 13 - 18 to find new and innovative ways to promote Gateshead Central Library to young people.

The group will meet weekly and activities will include:

  • Designing publicity
  • Developing new and exciting events
  • Choosing new stock for the library
  • Feeding back to library staff about the library’s services and activities

In return you will get lots of support from staff and something really great to put on your CV.

Call 0191 433 8435 to express your interest.
