The Bookstart Bear Club is a fun membership club for children under 5 and their families.
Every time you share a book in the library, borrow a book or attend a library rhymetime, you receive a stamp for your child’s passport. Collect six and you get a special certificate, with ten to collect.
Children can join the library at any age. All libraries in Gateshead will be participating in the Bookstart Bear Club - click on the link on the right to find out more about Your Local Library.
